Bad service

<p>On Sa****ay the 25th of June I bought a few items from H&M Sandton City, including two jackets for boys with different sizes. I went back on the 27th of June to exchange one of the jackets for a different size, and was told that the price has gone up, in fact doubled. When I asked why can't I get the new jacket at the same price as I got the other one two days ago, I was told the price has changed and even if I wanted to get the one I already had, I had to get it at the new price! I was then told that some items are on sale others are not even if it the same item, which I couldnt really understand! </p> <p> </p>
