Bad Attitude And Service

I was really dissappointed By the managers (Nathi Ntuli)reaction towards us after complaining how the cashier (Tinyiko) had given us attitude and refused to apologize and just walked away as the Supervisor tried to intervene as well. If this is how they are trained in customer service then i will not be buying at H&M Nelson Mandela Square or any other H&M store for that matter.
