Awful experience in Cavendish store

Today I went to the new H&M branch in Cavendish to return a pack of underwear I had bought yesterday. The store does have a policy in place regarding not returning underwear, however after opening the pack of underwear you could clearly see the underwear was not the right size.

I simply wanted to speak with the manager to check and understand where I was coming from. I buy the same size at every store I've been to, yet at this store, the underwear looked about 2 sizes too small. I didn't try them on or anything, I simply open the packet saw the mistake and folded it back into original packaging. The cashier was super helpful by calling the manager for me. However your manager on duty should actually just not be a manager. The woman on duty was incredibly rude - I myself work in retail and I understand the queries they deal with day to day - but the way she spoke to me, and my friend who was with me, was absolutely SHOCKING!!! She wouldn't even listen to what I was trying to say, she just kept interrupting and not listening to me at all... now I'm stuck with a pack of underwear that cannot be worn because it is in fact TOO SMALL. Before I could even explain the situation she walked off without even giving me a chance to explain why I'm at the store. Not even a thank you and goodbye, just storm off - is this how you plan to treat all your customers? This is bull**** and you seriously need to re-look at your policy, you won't allow people to try on, and return.. I get that... but when you can see it clearly hasn't been worn/tried on, I mean how can that be my fault?? when your store has clearly made the mistake with either advertising the wrong sizes, or placing the wrong product in the bag.

All I can say is that I certainly won't be shopping at any H&M again, and my fellow friends in my retail space won't be either. I'm stuck with a product that I spent over R250 for and now it can't be used. Well Done... you've really made a mark to not bother shopping at your store.
