Arrogant staff

Tried to exchange a bikini top today at H&M in Waterfront, Bloemfontein. My daughter bought it on Tuesday 25 Aug, but was not allowed to fit it. So, it didn't fit properly at home and she wanted to change it for a size bigger. The sales lady at the till said she wasn't sure and asked another employee (male) on the floor. He said no exchanges allowed on swimwear. So I asked how are we suppose to know if it will fit if we're not allowed to fit it in the shop. So his snotty answer was: ladies are suppose to know their size. That is no way to treat any customer and that was the last time any one in my family shopped at H&M, only because of 1 employee who can't treat customers with respect.
