Amazing Service

I went to H&M today, and I had such an amazing experience with a Lady named Khosi 😝

I have background in Customer Service Management and that makes it almost impossible to please me as a customer/consumer

I wanted a coat, I even had the wrong colour in my mind because I saw the coat while passing a few weeks back, so I had a wrong description of the coat, on the other hand my phone was dead so I couldn’t show her what I mean. .

She listed to me, she was so patient to a point where she offered me her phone to search what I could be looking for and eventually we found the coat, Love it and love her overall conduct all of this was over and above her job spec, I loved her 😍
