Broken Promises

I app**** for a National Insurance number so I can work part time here in the UK on 30 April 20th April 2015 via Jobcentre number ***3 or ***8. I was promised that I will receive forms in 10 days from this date and I received nothing. I called to follow up, same promise made but no forms twice over. I sent a complaint by letter with a self stamped enveloped on 2 June and it is the 8th today, nobody called, no forms, no nationals insurance number .... and i lost the job. Nobody cares. And yet if I were to start working without the number the arrest will be a lot swifter that getting the number. Even South Africa .... that most UK citizens call 3rd world is so much better than this. I am very disappointment.
