Violated

<p>I stored my household with them, in so called lock up "containers" that I supposedly only had access too however when my furniture arrived, atleast 80% was broken, goods had been ****** and the cherry on the cake - the broke open the "containers" to gain access to my goods without my consent or knowledge thereof and "repacked" it with atleast 30% of the goods missing. I was informed that I should have taken insurance, of which this was never disclosed nor mentioned in using them to transport my furniture down from Durban to Cape Town. Senior Management said that I'm welcome to open up a case of theft and they'll even give me their employees names who unpacked my container without my consent - REALLY!!!</p>
