******* with a putrid attitiude!!

<p>On the 29th July 2016 I had my furniture moved by H&M Removals, from Durban to Cape Town. At a cost of almost R6300 I couldn't afford insurance on top of it. My furniture arrived on the 1st August. After about 3 days I had finished unpacking everything just to discover that an entire bag of mostly brand new shoes were missing. H&M's attitude was well, you didn't take insurance out with us, so it's your tough luck!!. Either my shoes were delivered to the wrong people, or they were ******. H&M have a disgusting attitude towards their clients when you question them about your missing items and have a 'don't care attitude ' towards you when you complain. Also they go almost a week without answering your emails when you question them about feedback regarding your missing items. I would suggest to anyone thinking of using H&M Removals to rather fund someone else instead, because if you cannot afford their insurance, and your items go missing, they will give you the same 'who cares' attitude that they gave me!</p>
