TERRIBLE

Very disappointed with the service received. H&M was booked through our moving company, Durban Moving Company, to collect our items from Durban and deliver them to Cape Town. Items were broken and our coaches arrived soaking wet. Many boxes had been tampered with and a valuable item had been ******. H&M's response to the theft and damaged items has been extremely disappointing.
