H&M FURNITURE REMOVALS ARE ******** THAT BREAK/SCRATCH AND CHIP YOUR GOODS AND MAKE ALL YOUR GOODS FILTHY!!!!

I had requested fruniture removal service from jhb to cape town with H&M Furniture removals. I spoke to vaneshreee, she sent the quote and i paid the amount. My furniture was bubble wrapped, paper wrapped and boxed. Most of my items arrived in cape town damaged, chipped, scratched, black sand dirt stains and INCLUDING MY PLASMA TV SMASHED AND DOESNT EVEN SWITCH ON ANYMORE. I contacted the company and it has been three weeks, they keep sending reach other emails asking for feedback regarding my TV! I told them i do not want to know who broke my tv but i want it replaced as i gave it to them perfectly working and wrapped! i had a very thin mirrot tht was bubbed wrapped and paper wrapped and it came back without damage! this shows they were negligent with my tv and someon dropped it and sneked it back together with my good! I want my tv back or to be reimbursed because this is a huge lost to me adn the company reassured me that they will take good care of my belongings! I paid them a lot of money for their services only to be left with DAMAGED AND SCRATCHED FURNITURE, FILTHY AND A CRASHED TV!!!!!!
