DO NOT USE: My three seater couch went missing!!

<p>Upon delivery of my furniture on 05 October 2016 in Durban in my absence, I received a call from the delivery driver informing that my couch was errornously ommitted while they were packing the furniture in Cape Town. A month later, today, I have not received the couch and no one is willing to help me now. </p> <p><br /> </p> <p>I have dealt with three individuals already 1. Kevin 2. Simon and 3. Wifred. All of the aforementioned have unfortunately not been able to help.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would really appreciate it if this matter can be treated with the urgency it deserves as I the inconvenience this has caused me and my family is utterly unacceptable!!!</p>
