Unprofessional Doctor

I went to this Doctor Doctor Hm Modiba Mlaza in Rosettenville with my work medical aid I got there they checked and stated that my medical aid went through.The following day I got a call from them stating that it didn't go through and that I should rather pay them the cash and my medical aid will owe me instead because I didn't plan for that as I thought my medical aid went through I called my medical aid and they stated that they should have called and confirmed I called the Doctor to explain they didn't even give me time they having been calling me constantly acting like it's my fault they are now even calling my family members demanding the money which is very unprofessional they are sending me demanding messages acting like I consulted knowing they are now shouting at me not being professional at all.
