Unfair treatment

My niece is attending school at HM high Density Academy where is is currently doing Grade 3. I highly recommend the school after I had taken her to some school which was in a mess . For the past Three years I'm very happy with the school. Today I got a shock of my life after calling the Principal of the school ( CEO) this is after a received a letter that I'm behind with the payment. So I'm calling him to simply ask if we can make an arrangement to settle that but his response was unproprate . His saying he will report me to the Department for what I can't understand because I'm calling to make arrangements, he goes on to say I must take out the child the school because I don't afford, his facts are not correct his saying that the child did not receive the report of which that is not correct we are in the position of the report he goes on talking about the rents he needs to pay . The salaries that he must pay. His victimized me in every manner but really I could not understand why because the reason for my call was simply to make arrangements
