Unpaid Pension Fund

I resigned from this company March 2017 and signed forms indicating that i will receive my pension fund pay out. I received an email that showed that my forms were scanned signed and sent to the service provider who will pay out the pension fund only to find out the service provider stated that Hlunga withdrew the fund and sent to another service provider. The other service provider emailed me and asked for my particulars and provide the details. After months of silence i contacted the service provider to make a follow up and they indicated that the transfer of fund from Hlunga to the service provider are not complete so they are unable to assist. I contacted the managing director last week and forwarded her all the emails sent back and forth between myself, service providers and Hlunga . The managing director sent me a shocking email stating that they are unable to assist me.
