Renting Agent Marsha ***: / Kobus *** after phone call with him states deposit does not belong to the people renting or the house owner
the agent of Hluani group of properties renting out my house in Secunda is refusing to pay back the deposit *** hlulani properties direct no *** the tenants left without a months' notice breaking the contract. After numerous WhatsApp and phone calls the agents who rented my house to these people has been refusing to pay back the deposit. They have had excuses for a month now. Then one is sick, then one is in hospital, then the money is lying on the magnet to be paid. This has been lying there for a week cannot find the secunda agents email address on their website. THE CEO was also contacted and he was not helpful or did not try to sort out this issue.
