Poor quality and poor customer service

We purchased a corner couch with an ottoman and we were delivered an ottoman half the size of what was advertised. The corner couch was also received with no pipping where the ad had pipping. Further upon inspection within the month of having the couch we noticed that the padding was not throughout and that the back panel had been cut too short. We then further noticed that the back panels had been poorly stapled to the couch and were very unsightly. We contacted the manufacturer and advised them and were promised a full refund however we were not given the full refund. We were also threatened verbally by both owners. The corner couch and ottoman were collected in perfect order from our home however we are now out of pocket. What a terrible experience dealing with HLSA Manufacturers
