Not professional

I have never being so disrespected , where I was told my mail was not urgent.I sent a mail on the 17.12.2019 closing date to get accommodation in Durban was the 19.12.2019. The people who deal with mails are disrespectful and they need training poor services .Even the mail its not professional for a business what a Joke
