Bad service,endless promises to reply to emails with attar failure.Hlano Financial Services must be closed down, 5 years we haven't received a single house statement by mail or post,yet we pay monthly, so when will we know how much is left before we start over paying.This for a house that was bought in 1989. disgusting!
