Hlano Financial Institutions

I have bought a house from a Khayalethu Home loans, Currently known as Hlano Financial Institution's client.a Mr Ngwenya in 2010. this was not a proper complete house as it was vanderlised long time ago. which it has at the time became a passage for people from Mamelodi x6, P****long, mar******* and other nearby arears, to and from the Mamelodi Gardens station. at the same time that's where serious crime of ******ies has been taking place. I paid cash to Mr Ngwenya and started renovating the should be a house upto a level where I and my famirly can move in. there were nort doors, Windows, inside doors, tiolet Sits and basens and the barth as well as taps. of which I bought. there was no DB box and wiring for electricity. I had to cl;eanthe house after all the renovations withj the help of my naighbours. in 2019 I was told by Mr. Ngwenya that he has resold my hjouse to some one else and when contacting this people they were just happy that they have bought a house and I had no leg to stand on because I do not have a proof of Purchase wirth me. but forgetting that I had paid all the money throught my honorable FNB bank at the time. I still have the account number at the time.. each Time I tried to reach Mr Ngwenya he will say he is sick and was at the people who were helping him to heal..I eventually fopund out who his attorneys were who were already buzy with a process of Tranfarering the Property, I had A meeting with an attorney called Hilda. who immidaitly notioced that there was a conflict of interest. and suggested that she will get Mr. Ngwenya as she know where he was and it would be just a matter of sending a car to fetch him for a joint meeting. but till todate no meeting has ever taken place with Mr, Ngwenya. and all this time I had a standing arrear settlement agreement with Hlano the Contact Person was MABEL..

I have 6 children the 1st is 26 years 2nd 22yrs, 3rd 16, 4rd 8yrs, 5th 5yr 6th, 6months old. and all this people are today homeless because of Hlano Financial Services, Mr Ngwenya and His Law firm.

If I could do things in my way I would cornvine an Urgent meeting between all the parties involved to resolve the matter with the urgency it deserve.
