Debit order cancelled

I have a home loan account with this company. I have not been getting statement from them for the past few months, recently I called to find out my outstanding balance to my surprise I was informed that MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HANDED OVER TO ATTORNEYS due to non-payments. When I called the attorney they cannot give me a clear understanding or balance because the account is not on their system as yet. I want my account to be reversed from the attorneys because I was never informed that the debit order was cancelled by HLANO, I was never called or sent any post to notify me that my account is in arrears. I WILL NOT PAY ANY COLLECTION FEES. I WANT FEEDBACK SOON ON THIS MATTER AS NO ONE CAN GIVE ME ANSWER. I HAVE BEEN CALLING HLANO WITH NO ASSISTANCE OR ANSWERS
