<p>The organisation that is Hlano Financial Services (formerly known as Khayalethu Home Loans) has gone and sold our home that we have lived in since 1991 to someone without our consent,acknowledgment and knowledge. Stand no. 2171 Zoutpan Street, Entshonalanga Section , Extention 5, Tembisa 1632 was ************ly sold to a certain FP Maluka ID Number ********** 874082. I recently received a summons from the Johannesburg High Court that was received on the 26th September 2016 that details that this(above address) house of mine has been sold to F P Maluka ********** 874082 , case number 33293/16 and now is in arrears, which means it will be repossessed if any agreement on the payment cannot be met or full payment cannot be received. Now as this so called "reputable" financial house how do you sell houses without the inhabitants knowledge? i want to get this published across all media houses so that they know what kind of organisation you are..oh and wait, i will also be lodging this with the Ombudsman if this is not sorted within 20 working days as this clearly show that you are a very cheap and ***** embracing company.</p>
