I was ****** by a Doctor, under "Myclinic essential Health Care"
Hi, On Saturday, the 12th October I consulted at Hlanganani Medical Center for an ultra sound, the purpose was to find out if whether I'm having a boy or a girl since I'm expecting, and I obviously phoned through before going there to find out if they do 3D Scans, & the receptionist who picked up the phone told me yes, when I got there....The Doctor scanned me & told me He unfortunately cant see a thing but there is a baby, the sonar was shocking nothing was visible, the service was annoying, he looked as if was in a hurry for other patients, and what makes me more furious is that it was a 2D scan Not 3D as promised. So I ended paying R300.00 for NOTHING at all. No disclaimer, or proper explanation whatsoever. I honestly felt ****** by a bunch of medical Doctors.
I've been a patient with them since 2014 and the service I got on Saturday was rather unprofessional. I must say, I must say I'm annoyed with how the treat their regular patients.
I would kindly require this Medical Practice to contact me for either a refund or another Free scan, If NOT, I'll take them further. ****** Angry Patient Evelyn ***
I received, a call on Monday from Dr. Hlungwani regarding this complain, & it was resolved.
He gave me a FREE scan, & worked to the best of his ability to make sure that I get satisfying results. I really appreciate the fact that all the Saturday misunderstandings were resolved & I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
I just wanna clarify something for the future as well, please lets not remind patients that we are the cheapest practice in town, in defense of a bad service. I personally wouldn't travel all the way From Meadowlands to Chiawelo for a cheap price, I chose the MyClinic practice because of the best service I've been receiving for 5 years.
Otherwise thank You once again Dr. Hlungwane & Myclinic for your awesome feedback, My family & I will definitively still chose your Practice anytime.
Oh one last thing, a big Thank you to the Front desk ladies at the MYclinic Braamfontein branch, their interaction with walk in patients is very warm. keep the good work up ladies!.
