Dishonesty, lies and excuses - Hlalakamnandi !!!

 Dear Marvin, we are so sorry to hear how you have been aggrieved with the purchasing of your home. Hlala Kamnandi has an external agency that sell on our behalf and they are responsible for keeping the clients up to date on a regular basis. Unfortunately in your case from 2021, the council departments did still have impacts of Covid and system updates and errors that influenced their processes and delayed us from obtaining the required documents from them, we have no control over that, even though our team follow up continuously and also feel the frustration of not obtaining the documents from them according to our time schedule. We are legally never allowed to build without an approved plan from council and the NHBRC certificate. We also need to take into account the December to January annual builders closure period. But still, we are very sorry that in your case your house has taken longer than our average time period to complete a house.  

1. Your instruction from the bank was received August 2021
2. Your erf registered December 2021
3. There was the annual builders closure period from December to January that we need to take into account
4. Your plan was received January 2022
5. Your NHBRC was received February 2022

The plan was submitted to council for approval as follows 

1. App**** for the water meter – 12/10/2021 
2. Received invoice for payment – 24/11/2021
3. Lodged plan for approval – 24/11/2021
4. Received invoice for payment of plan approval 02/12/2021
5. Lodged NHBRC application 06/12/2021
6. Received invoice from NHBRC – paid enrolment fee 27/12/2021
7. Received NHBRC certificate 10/02/2021
8. Received approved plan 24/01/2021

The foundation ground works has started on your property.  Once completed the necessary inspection will take place before construction can start. It normally takes about 3 months for the construction of the property.
