Many delays & excuses, fail to deliver & refund

I have recently placed an order for a baby furniture which they have promised to deliver in a month's time. But after 2 months, I still didn't get my furniture. They said they will refund me in 14 days but after 2/3 weeks, I still haven't received any refund. They said they can't give me a definite time to give me back my money because they are still waiting for someone to pay them. I don't see how anyone will pay them for their service.<br> <br> They also take a long time to reply message and they avoid phone calls.
