bad service, not to be trusted

My vehicle was towed from the accident scene to their place of business, when they insurance paid me up the money which they did they did the quotation on the parts needed. They choose to increase the money which i paid now my car has a funny sound i tried to talk with them to book in my car but they refuse. The receptionist said if there was a problem i should contact them but now she simply ignore my emails. So please i suggest no one to trust them because they are not to be trusted at all. After all the money i paid which was a lot ,i have to pop out more money to fix my car.
