Do not appoint HJMS to manage your HOA. If they are, you most likely had no choice in the matter. Expect extremely rude and unprofessional service. Some comments made by the owner will shock you. They clearly act on behalf of property developers that employ them to buffer issues that exist between ************ developers and home owners.
