Worst of the worst

PLEASE do not waste your time with these people. Absolutely pathetic service with no one taking any responsibility. Had a major accident after which my car was being repaired at HJ Bosch and Sons, Hermanstad. Not only did it take several months, but they didn’t even complete the job sufficiently. My air conditioner did not work afterwards, although they said they said they took very long with the electronics. When I took it back to them to get it repaired, they refused to take responsibility even though they claimed it was their doing initially. On top of that, my car just stopped working after I obtained it from HJ Bosch and sons, I then had to get it towed and repaired at Hyundai. Pathetic business. Customer service was very unhelpful and actually very disrespectful, even when I was patient. Would never recommend and would highly encourage insurances to take them off their accredited list.
