******* service at the highest level - Vehicle still after panelbeaters, lie after lie.

On the 18th of December my vehicle was booked for repairs via Discovery insurance t HJ Bosch and sons panelbeaters. The repair works was changing of the bumper, frond side panel, bonet , and doors repair and painting. On January the 11th I contacted the Panelbeaters to find out on the progress and anticipated date of completion of the repairs. I was told the car will be completed on first week of February and I can collect it then. I physically went to the panel beaters on Friday the 02 of February 2018 to see the progress and hold up. I was told additional work had to be done and parts have been ordered and I was again told that will ONLY take a week. which was a lie. I .I again contacted the panelbeaters on Friday the 16th Feb 2018 to check on the progress and when I can collect my vehicle. I was told the was being polished and I will definitely get it on Monday the 19th February 2018, which was another lie. I again physically went to the panelbeaters on Monday the 19th February 2018, only find my vehicle still in the painting booth, busy preparing it to be painted . I was told that they still need to take my vehicle to an auto electrician to the fan not working. Lie after lie. Why is that I have to on their back to find about the progress on my vehicle. I will never recommend this panel beater to anyone.
