Lies told to cover inadequate services provided

Absolutely disgusted. I was in an accident and HJ Bosch & Sons was suggested by my insurance. They told me to send them photos of my vehicle (which apparently is not the protocol to follow in the first place, since very specific photos are required for insurance claims) and mentioned they will formulate a quotation based on this. I questioned this, asking when someone would come out and look at my vehicle to give a specific quotation (especially since damages might be missed via photos) but never heard from them. When I requested my insurance to follow up regarding the process taking REALLY LONG, a lie was told saying that I had said they are not allowed on my premisses or to tow my car, and that is why the process is so slow (which was never said!!!). This was obviously done to not ruin their relationship with the insurance, but throwing their clients under the bus to cover their own negligence in offering appropriate services, is ridiculous and outraging. Changed the company doing panel beating on my car immediately and will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
