Incident at the panelbeater

<p>I was dropping my car at this panel beater. It was my first time on that side of the town. As I was trying to get inside the yard of which the gate was opened, the gate just closed as I was entering the yard living me with a dent. I was then told that that was not a reception side and they will do another quote for me. My question is who's fault is it if the gate doesn't have a sensor... Am so fed up and frustrated.</p>
