Frustrated customer

I've had it with HJ Bosch and Sons Panel Beaters. I took in my car on the 11th of Feb to fix the Left rear fender. I was told that it will take 3 to 5 working days. What frustrates me is that, they only send updates of the car when I'd call to find out how far they are. This morning (20 Feb) I called in again and to my surprise, I was told that the car is in its polishing stage and will only get it sometime next week. I really thought by the 18th I would have received my car but I still have not. I am really frustrated as I have not made alternative arragements for another car and this is the car I use everyday to travel to work.
