Bad workmanship

My vehicle went to them for repair refer by a pathetic excuse of a insurance company (DOTSURE) I get a call last week Friday ho say my car will be ready for collection on the 18th of October 2021. Yet today the 26th of October I still do not have my car. They are happy ho send the vehicle out with two different headlights of witch they say there is no difference in the lights one is pirate and the other is OEM, they put the old bumper stiffner on, but they quoted on a new one. So what else is been put back on the car that they have charged for
