Bad service

My vehicle was sent to HJ BOSCH AND SONS by DOTSURE. It has taken almost 3 months to get my vehicle fixed. So I got a call from Ian at hj bosch and son's on the 15th of October to say my vehicle will be ready on the 19th of October and I can collect the afternoon of the 19th, then I get a call to say the vehicle will not be ready due to the air can condenser as a hole in it from the accident of witch I told them about when I booked my car in. And now you say it's the insurance company fault
