Worst Service from HJ Badenhorst and Associates Inc

I have a case dating back to 2019 where my wife was involved in an accident due to negligence from a third party. We followed all process to try and recover our excess due to us via Third Party Claim following MiWay insurance guidelines. They appointed HJ Badenhorst and Associates Inc to handle the matter. To date no feedback!! No response from HJ Badenhorst and Associates Inc and MiWay Insurance. The service level and lack of communication is bad.
