Hyaat online shop - payment confirmed, but no delivery or communication after more than a month.

I bought a multi-purpose adhesive from Hyaat on 11 March that was supposed to be delivered within 10 - 15 days. Proof of payment was sent to me on that date. Since then, even after 3 follow-ups from my side, I received no response.
