Hiyaat - no delivery or response of glue ordered and paid for.

I ordered SuperGlue General-purpose repair adhesive on 11 March and received confirmation of payment on that date. I have not received the merchandise yet and delivery was promised within 10 - 15 days. I followed up 3 times, but no response.
