Hotel stay/ hotel express *****

These people gave me a call telling me that my memebership benefits are being carried over. BTW i never app**** for a memebrship with them in the dirst place. They just sent me a random memebership card in the mail. Which i never used . Then they calling telling me they will be rolli g ver my benefits. I let them know i have never used them and dont plan to. I adked them clearly will you be debiting my account for any money, the assured me they will not, fast forward a month later they have taken R 2650 from my account. I have since been trying to contact them, to no avail. I spoke to a lady called Penny, she is the one who assured me they will not be taking money. They then have proceeded to semd me electirc correspondence about my memebership, all of which have no email adresses to reply to and the number they provide always has no available agents to speak to. They are giving mr no choice but to institute legal action for theft.
