Subject: Urgent: Outstanding Salary and UIF Documents

Hello Peter,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up regarding my salary payment for the month of March 2025, which has not yet been received. As per my contract with Hetekani Primary School, I was expecting monthly payments, and my contract ended on 31 March 2025.

Additionally, I would like to kindly request my UIF documents (such as the UI-19 form) so that I can proceed with claiming my UIF benefits. I was informed that these documents would only be available after three months, but according to the Department of Labour, they should be provided within 14 days of the end of employment.

This delay is causing a lot of stress for me and my children, as I am struggling to buy food and pay essential bills. I respectfully ask that this matter be treated with urgency.

Please confirm when I can expect my salary and the UIF documents.
