Harassment
I am so annoyed with Hitek Centurion that calls a person 14 times in a matter of an hour harassing a person for sales.... Then when I take the call Hannelie insists it's protocol because they need to know if we are buying our supplies some place else... What the flip does it have to do with anybody but us as a business whom we buy from, when you have a sales CASH account like with Hitek we don't need to explain our moves to anyone, and the attitude is revolting, this in itself has now shown their desperation and we will definitely buy at other suppliers that don't harass a person, 16 calls yesterday on our private phones as well as our landlines and 14 calls today on my husband's phone and our landline as I have actually blocked them from my cellphone. Pathetic!!

Sorry for your experiance with Skynatics Centurion just to clear a few facts Hitek Centurion was closed down last year in March and no longer trade under Hitek Security if they are still presenting them self as Hitek Security they doing it without our knowledge. Thank you

Point is Hitek might have closed but it just changed names, the conduct is poor, the harassment is embarrassing on your part as it shows how badly you require sales and I complained about your staff calling me from your business called skynatics (once hitek) deal with it, drop the name change **** and deal with the actual problem here which is your staff making your company look cheap, maybe better we see your number as Hitek because I would be embarrassed if I had to harass clients whom actually worked with Hitek not skynatics... just for a quick sale...
