Worst service ever!!!

Worst service ever!! Wanted them to calibrate my scale. Phoned them to find out which branch will be best to drop it off. They said Lynnwood. Did that. I even stuck a note to my scale with my contact details and clearly stated pls send a quote to my email address (included email address on the note). After a week I heard nothing from them. I phoned them to ask ehats going on and they said they had to courier my scale to jburg, this is after I asked them which will be quicker if I delivered it. They then asked me all my details, which I already stated on the note that I stuck to the scale. After that they asked for my delivery address, which I then sent to them. Another week later and no scale. In the meantime I cant proceed with consultations at my practice. I kept on emailing them to find out whats going on. Then they delivered the scale to my old practice address. (After I sent them an email with the new address). They delivered the scale but I needed a calibration certificate. Its been another week (now 3 weeks already) and still no calibration certificate which means I still cant use the scale for my assessments because Discovery requires a certificate for me to do what I do.
