Very Poor Quality products and poor service

I bought a physio laser Machine from HITECH therapy and within two months the machine just shutdown the screen was blank it wouldn’t switch on or off I took the machine back to HITECH and they brought it back after 6months . Within 4 months of receiving it back the machine showed a “Hot🌡️” message and as per user manual I switched it off . This overheating of their faulty device lead to the cable burning . I sent the machine to HITECH and they confirmed that it overheated and that it can be a bent pin. They said they will check if warranty covers it . The company came back to say they won’t repair cause the machine is not under warranty anymore ,meantime it was . When I told them that it is still under warranty they changed the story /reason and said the machine is not gonna be repaired cause it’s accidental damage. How is their machine overheating my accident. I bought the machine hoping that I would be investing into my practice only to realize that iv just wasted R54000 . HITECH is a **** please don’t waste your time and money on this company
