HITECH Lasers South Africa sold Nelson Mandela Academic Hospital in the eastern cape a laser machine for the ENT department the purchase of that laser came with a 5 year comprehensive maintenance plan which was paid upfront. Hitech Laser has failed to honour their contract which has resulted in patients being referred to other hospitals.
