Hi-tech cars (Rustenburg): We were in the second hand car market and approached Riaan from hi-tech cars about a Mazda CX-5.

I was concerned about the car’s history despite test driving it and being very happy with the drive - so to put me at ease Hi-tech cars offered to pay for the DEKRA report that would confirm if the vehicle was previously in an accident.

The DEKRA report then revealed that it had in fact being in an accident so I declined completing the sale. Riaan was very understanding and hi-tech cars refunded my deposit in full within 2 days.

Riaan’s polite nature and hi-tech cars transparent and open manner in which they operate really made them stand apart from the many other dealerships I was dealing with at the time.
