Zero customer service
To the readers of this review: Good luck in trying to get a reply from the customer service department, all you will receive is an automated reply with a ticket number. Following up on the particular ticket number is of no use, as you simply get issued with another ticket number. Calling the call centre is of no use, the call doesn't get answered either. So trying to contact them by email or telephone is of no use, so where do customers go to then...

11 Oct 2024, 15:11Update to my post yesterday - eventually spoke to an agent and the lady was fantastic. I was kept up to date on the progress of the query and can expect to receive a call from their technicians within the next 1 - 3 working days (from today). Lets see how it goes...
