Disgusting service from this company's manager YUGEN CHETTY

Completely rude and abrupt has no sence of good customer service

My TV went in for a claim and instead of listening and understanding he kept arguing abruptly and rudely has no way to handle these situations I'm a owner of my own company and never have I ever had to deal with this pathetic service he needs to be fired

I also told him I will call someone from head office discovery and his sarcastic and rude reply was no problem you can

Please some one from head office give me a call *** and treat your employees how to handle clients because if this is how your employees are trained them I do not recommend anyone to use you guys for anything!!
