Wrong findings

<p>Good day,my Tv was sent to you for a qoute after it accidentally fell on an attempt break in,your were asked to quote how much it would be to fix it,apparently you found ****roaches on the t.v. which is untrue because our place is fumigated frequently and the only reason the tv was sent to you is because it had fallen not because it had ****roaches,the insurance says that they won't pay for it because that's your finding and I am 100%sure our house doesn't have ****roaches,This is poor service of giving wrong findings and qoutes
