*********, would not replace brand new fridge shelf

I purchased a fridge through Takealot for my son's birthday It was delivered in 2 days. I did not open till his birthday a few days later. We then discovered the one door shelf was cracked. When I requested a return (10 days later), they rejected it as it was over 5days

I will never buy a hisense again. This is totally unacceptable from them. My son now has a brand new fridge that is damaged.

Be very careful if you buy this brand. Disgusting and *********.
