Worst service/product ever

I bought a new hisense top loader 8kg for my brother order *** There was a funny noise I requested a return or exchanged however was told to phone hisense I did and 5 days no joy I tried again with take a lot but neither hisense or take a lot.

There was no booklet in the box there was a part attached to machine we thought it belonged to machine no stickers warning you not to place it or to remove it how do you know if you don't get told or signs ext but now I am told it's my fault due to the part that was in the box no joy from hisense the technician left no papers no job card didn't fix it just said he will report it.....after 5 days they decided to come out and still no luck its brand new and worst service ever will never buy anything with your product name on account
