worst service ever | only excuses

The issue I am facing is that HDMI port 1 and 2 stopped working. The technician came out to check my TV and saw that the other ports had rust on it(the rust was caused by moist environment not by water drops or splashes) so the technician said he should order a new board and said when he comes to install the new board if the current board has moist on it we will be liable for the repair. However when he came with the new board he never even opened the TV to check for moisture on the board. He directly said the warranty won't cover the repair of my TV and I had to pay him R 2500 FOR THE NEW BOARD IF I WANTED IT INSTALLED. My problem is the HDMI ports are not rusted as shown in the attached picture and the best part is that the ports that are rusted are working as normal
