Worst service ever

Sent in my 40" Hisense Tv as it had a power issue, took 3 months to told that its the lcd screen is now faulty and still has not been returned.

Their contact center is worthless as they never give you any real answers and their manager is always out of the office, Wonder if he/she even does any work if they ae out of the office
